IRAAX INTERNATIONAL OPC PRIVATE LIMITED is a one person company established under the Companies Act, 2013, with a core-objective of Development, Commissioning and Installation of Renewable Energy Park with a capacity of 1 GW in the State of Rajasthan and provide renewable energy solutions to energy consuming entities.
The Company currently possess connectivity approval of 300 MW from CTU in Bikaner-IV of Bikaner Power Complex. It has also applied connectivity of additional 250 MW and as per the Agenda shared by CTU the 250 MW approval is also finalized in Bikaner V grid of Bikaner Power Complex. We believe that once the Meeting is held we will be able to get 100 MW out do the additional 250 MW in Bikaner- IV itself.
As for our Promoters- presently being a OPC the sole beneficiary is Mr. Aniket Vyas, who happens to be an entrepreneur and Corporate Legal Consultant. He belongs to the colorful city of Bikaner and is well-versed with the area and its people. The company in this financial year will be converted to a Private Limited Company and has proposed to bring on board Mr. Shekhar Jaikisan Acharya who is presently the CEO of the Company on the Board as Director and equal shareholder with Mr. Aniket Vyas. Mr. Acharya has been a land and EPC consultant with an experience of around a decade in the field of Renewable Energy Parks. He has worked with companies like AVADA, Siemens and, Ashoka Buildcon.
Prior to Iraax International the duo Mr. Vyas and Mr. Acharya has already completed two projects in the nature of establishment of Private Solar Park- one 30 MW Solar Park in G.V. Renewable Energy Private Limited at STU chhattargarh and One 300 MW Solar Park in AK Renewable Energy Private Limited at Bikaner- I.
